Home Refresh

If you have read here lately you know I have been on a purging and cleaning spree. Once Christmas goes down (on the 26th) I can’t help myself, we just clean, clean, and clean some more. We have been getting rid of all sorts of things. I felt like my home has been decorated since September between pumpkins and Christmas. It has been so nice to refresh…

Welcome in!

I am looking to get some new throw pillows for my couches, where do you get yours?

I love my window table, and my mom got me this pitcher for Christmas. Brandon brought me flowers on Tuesday before our date and I was so excited to fill the pitcher with them.

I love my china hutch. This past summer I white washed the wall and love how it turned out. It used to be just orange-ish/brown-ish wood. The big lanterns on the side are from Costco.

I love having open spaces now in my home!

I love my new braiser pan. I also love my tea towel.

Here is a peek in our dining room.

I love twinkle lights and Christmas decorations, but I also love the feeling of when the holidays are packed away and we get to enjoy the simple. I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for stopping by!

    1. Oh thank you so much. I feel like it is so empty in our house and that we should be able to hear our echo. Hahaha! But it feels so good to get rid of all the stuff and have it put away. I am excited to get my Valentines stuff up in a couple of weeks.

  1. It always feels so clean and fresh when you take down the Christmas decor. I like to get pillows at Home Goods or TJ Maxx. Have a great day!

    1. Yes, it does feel so clean. I was wondering about TJ Maxx, I am on it! Thank you for the recommendation!

  2. I wasn’t completely ready to take down our Christmas decorations, but once it was done it was like a huge sigh of relief! It was almost like I got my house back! haha
I tend to get my pillows at TJ Maxx. They always have a great selection of them =)

  3. I agree..I like throw pillows from TJ Maxx, and can sometimes find a 2 pack there. Another option is to buy pillow covers from Amazon to cover any existing ones you have. Looks great!
