Friday Favorites

Friday Favorites {11/9/18}

Today I am linking up  with Andrea, Narci, and Erika.   Today I am recapping some of my favorites from the week.

Today I am finishing up Parent-Teacher Conferences and heading into a LONG weekend. Woohoo! That is always a FAVORITE. More time with my people and more time to watch Hallmark Christmas movies and more time to wear sweatpants. I am so thankful to all the men and women who have served our country to fight for our freedoms.

Afternoon coffee has been a FAVORITE this week…

Another FAVORITE are all the turkey crafts that are popping up in my classroom…

When the Book Fair comes to school, it’s everyone’s FAVORITE. Maddi and Guy both bought some new books…Babysitter Club, Fly Guy and more.

Some weeks I am on my A-Game and mix up some cookie dough to keep in the fridge that I pull out and bake fresh baked cookies for dessert…always a FAVORITE.

On Instagram a couple of weeks ago I saw a really neat idea to keep track of prayers. I love writing down my prayers and also seeing how God answers them. I cut index cards in half, punched a hole and put a ring through them. I jot down quick prayer requests I get and then on the back write down how God answers them. Simple.

I love the essie color Bahama Mama for fall.

And my girl, Erin from Simple Purposeful Living just released two new fabulous products for pre-sale. A Meal Planner and a Prayer and Gratitude Journal. Head to her website (above) to shop her products. I am so excited to get both in time for the new year!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend! We have some fun plans ahead and I hope you do to!

  1. Happy Friday lovely! Love the nail color! Great idea to keep cookie dough in the fridge and bake as you want, but I must hide it from Mr. Nine, he would eat it all before it makes it to the oven, lol. Have a super sweet weekend!

  2. EEEK Thank you so much for sharing the love and I loved that prayer card idea because it is so simple but purposeful, my two favorite words besides french fries 😉

  3. I love the ring of prayer requests- such a neat idea! Oh how I remember the Babysitter’s Club! I was beyond obsessed reading that series in elementary school! have a wonderful weekend!

  4. I am looking forward to seeing your new planner and journal! You are so thoughtful with your prayer tracker – you really are the loveliest person. Mmm cookie dough – I don’t know if it would actually make its way into baked cookie form in this house – you all must have a lot of restraint! J xx
