Friday Favorites

Friday Favorites {10/19/18}

Today I am linking up  with Andrea, Narci, and Erika.   Today I am recapping some of my favorites from the week.

760f8-friday2bfavoritesOh sweet Friday. I am embracing you with open arms. Brandon is bringing me lunch today, ladies get yourself a man that brings you tacos. We have football playoffs tomorrow, I have a big deadline for the state coming due (I have to collect data and input it) and then I have report cards due soon. It seems like it was just the first day of school and next week we will be wrapping up the first quarter. Crazy! Anyways, here are my favorites from the week…

This pumpkin tee from WalMart is a FAVORITE. I couldn’t find it online but I did find it in my local store for less than $10. If being a nerdy teacher is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

Guy hunting with Brandon last weekend was a FAVORITE.

This week was owl week in kindergarten which was a FAVORITE…look at that art!

We also dissected owl pellets which was my students FAVORITE from the week! We found several mouse skulls, and so many bones. It was so much fun and so exciting for them!

Guy had a play this week and he was a lobster. Hearing him recite his lines loud and proud was a FAVORITE!

Maddi’s FAVORITE has been snap peas from Costco…they are SO good right now and home girl can’t get enough!

I made snickerdoodles and the kids licking the beater is always their FAVORITE.

Sitting in the car, working on my planner, blog planning and meal planning, and watching my guys at football practice was a FAVORITE way to spend the afternoon yesterday. It is buggy outside! Look at all those fall colors! I love fall around my town.

I hope you have a great weekend ahead full of family, fun and fall! Thank you so much for reading!

  1. Love your pumpkin tee, so cute and I know the kids all love it!! I used to love sitting in the car waiting on the kids practices. Happy Weekend lovely!

    1. Thank you Andrea! My students loved the tee too! It can be such a nice wait, sitting in the car. Maddi was playing on the park, Guy and Brandon had football and it was peaceful and planning for me! Enjoy your weekend!

  2. I love that you were planning 🙂 and that shirt is so cute. I remember dissecting owl pellets as a kid, that’s the stuff you remember about school – so cool 🙂

  3. End of the first quarter is always a tough one!!! So much to do! I’m at the football field this morning for a double header….then the corn maze for a birthday party….then back to my neck of the woods for another birthday party! Eeeeeek!
