Loaded “Baked” Potato Salad

You will need…


4 pounds of red potatoes (scrubbed)
3 cups of grated cheddar cheese
24 ounces of sour cream
1 package Ranch Dips
1 cup chopped green onions
1 1/4 pound cooked bacon

Begin by boiling the potatoes until they are fork tender and then drain. Let cool.



While the potatoes are cooling begin prepping other ingredients. Cook bacon, grate cheese, chop the green onions, and mix up the ranch dip (sour cream and package of ranch mix).


Once potatoes are completely cooled, dice.


Add remaining ingredients, mix well.  Cool until ready to serve.



Serve and enjoy!

  1. I love this potato salad! I think the first time I made this was at a pampered chef party and I have been hooked ever since. My husbands guys at work ask him all the time for me to make it and bring it in. It’s SO good. I especially love it when it’s warm =)
