Cheeseburger Macaroni Bake


My family goes crazy over pasta dishes. My kids asked for seconds of this and took it for lunch the next day. It feeds a crowd. It is comfort but also quick, easy to prep, affordable (you could probably shop your pantry), and delicious. This will be a meal you turn to time and time again.

You will need…


3 cups of cheddar cheese (I used sharp, but you can use whatever you have on hand). Reserve 1 cup of cheese for the top.
1 pound of ground beef
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans of Tomato Soup
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 cup of onion (I used 1/2 of this onion)
3 teaspoons of chili powder (It will not be spicy…if you would like a little heat add more)
12 oz dried macaroni (I took the standard 24 oz bag and eye-balled half the bag…saving the rest for another meal)

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 and boiling your pasta. Boil the macaroni for only 7 minutes (you want it al dente).

While pasta is boiling, brown hamburger and onion in a large pan. I love using my Dutch oven (I even meal plan around being able to use my Dutch oven…THANK YOU Connie!)


Once your hamburger is browned, add soups, 2 cups of cheese, chili powder and corn to the pan.


Mix everything together with the macaroni noodles.


Top with remaining cheese.


Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese on top is bubbling…not the best picture but this is seriously amazing!
