What's Up Wednesday

What’s Up Wednesday {March 2018}

Happy Wednesday! It is one of my favorite link-ups for the month. I love this fun little recap of what we have been up to this month. I am linking up with Mel, Shay, and Sheaffer  for What’s Up Wednesday!

What we’re eating…

You can see what we are eating here.

What I’m reminiscing about…

The County Fair!

What I’m loving…

All the pretty sunsets…

What we’ve been up to…

Finishing up the basketball season…

Lot’s of yard work…

What I’m dreading…

I am actually dreading watching Maddi show and sell Harold. I am going to be a nervous WRECK but I am also so excited for her. Sitting in the audience and not being able to help is so nerve wracking for me. She has been working so hard and she loves that steer so I know when she sells him her little heart is going to be broken.

What I’m working on…

All sorts of paint projects!

What I’m excited about…

Spring-to-the-Break! This is our last week before having a week off and we are all home next week! Even Brandon took the week off and we have some fun plans!

What I’m watching/reading…

Brandon and I started The Office and I have been watching Real Housewives. I have also been reading a great Bible study…

What I’m listening to…

Camila Cabello…best running music.

What I’m wearing…

You can check out my outfits from this month tomorrow for my Pin-It/Spin-It link up…also come by and link up!

What I’m doing this weekend…

Easter! I LOVE Easter! You can read my My ‘Vanilla’ Testimony and you will find out what I thought Easter meant in the past.

What I’m looking forward to next month…

Getting my garden and flowers planted!

What else is new…

How have I been a mom for a decade?!?! You can read all about lessons I have learned from being a mom for 10 years here.

What is your favorite Easter tradition…

Dying Easter Eggs and stuffing their Easter baskets.

This is going to sound funny but we really don’t have any traditions. We usually do something different every year. This is the year to build some Easter traditions for our little family!

I hope you have a great Wednesday!

    1. I am so ready to plant flowers and veggies too. I took pigs to the fair too!! Too funny…I remember crying to. This steer is like a big puppy which is going to make it so much harder!

  1. We are on Spring Break this week, and it’s like my favorite thing ever. Staycation is where it’s at! hahaha Hope your week is wonderful too. Kindergarten teachers probably need the break the most!

  2. Yay for spring break 🙂 You will enjoy that time as a family and my heart would break too saying goodbye to Harold! She will do great though! I just know it!

    1. It’s going to be a hard goodbye that is for sure. And yes, we are all looking forward to that time together! Lazy mornings and slow days!

  3. Awww, I was so confused about selling Harold, till I read the end of the sentence…so she raises him and then sells him? Hmm…interesting. #citygirl clearly. Ya for Spring Break I’m looking forward to it too, although I’m just taking half the week.

    1. #countrygirl here. Hahaha! She sells him for market at the fair and then he is made into steaks and meat. It’s going to break her heart. Enjoy your half a week Sarah! You deserve it!
