Pin it Spin ItMy second favorite is my new Essie polish…Butler Please. It is such a pretty blue and a fun pop of color.

And then I started following collinkartchner on Instagram this week. WOW! He has started this movement about how we only show the highlight reel and the impact it has had on people. It is really powerful. He is encouraging people to start showing their real lives, not curated pictures that are staged on social media.

I hope you have a good weekend planned. Maddi has a basketball tournament this weekend so I am excited to see her play!

  1. Happy Friday bad blogger friend who didn’t link up but next month I will do it early so I don’t forget 😉 Comparison is the thief of all joy for sure! xoxo ERIN

  2. That comparison quote is so on point! It’s such an easy trap to fall into. Just remember not all that glitters is gold, so not everything that looks ‘perfect’ actually is perfect. 🙂 Enjoy your weekend, friend!

  3. I love that quote from Sophia Loran! Definitely worth reading a few times. I should try to show the highlight reel of what it takes to get a “daily” picture every day. Somes days it is hilarious! Hope Maddie wins her tournament!!

    1. I love that quote too. I found it this week and have read it every day. I really want to start posting the “good picture” and then zoom out for the rest of the picture. Hahahaha! It might be pretty funny to see.
