Easy Veggie Pizza



Happy Saturday. I hope yours is full of coffee and relaxing along with some Christmas spirit. Speaking of Christmas, this time of year is full of luncheons and potlucks. I am always looking for a simple appetizer or dish to bring and this Easy Veggie Pizza fits that bill. Crispy, fresh veggeis, cool ranch dressing and a flakey crescent roll crust, equals perfection.DSC_0027

You will need…


1 canister of crescent rolls
1 8 oz brick of softened cream cheese
2 cups of sour cream
1 envelope of Ranch dressing mix
veggies of your choice (I like using broccoli, bell peppers, green onions,  celery and carrots…but you can use anything you have on hand)

Begin by preheating your oven o 350 and lining a cookie sheet with a silpat or spraying it with PAM.

Next, roll out crescent rolls and place into the cookie sheet.


Press the seams together.


Bake for 8 minutes or until golden.


Cool the crust completely (1 hour).

While the crust is cooling, use a mixer to cream the cream cheese. Add sour cream and mix completely. Next, add rand dressing mix. Chop all the veggies.


Once the crust has completely cooled, spread the ranch dressing mix over the top.


Add veggies and enjoy!
