Meal Planning Sunday

Meal Planning Sunday #35

Meal Planning

We have a week full of football and chilly weather, nights at home together, and simple, delicious meals to look forward to! Here is what we are eating this week…

Sunday

Last week we had leftovers instead of Pawhuska Cheese Steaks so these are going back on this week’s menu and will be a perfect Sunday Supper with leftovers for lunches.

Monday

Who doesn’t love cheese and chicken stuffed shells? These are a favorite that my kids gobble up. They also like taking leftovers in their lunches the next day.

Tuesday

Cobb salads. Our favorite toppings include but are not limited to lettuce, grilled chicken, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados, hard boiled eggs, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles.

Wednesday

Chicken fajitas. We love fajitas with homemade guac and a little sour cream.

Thursday

Soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. I am going to make a potato, ham and corn chowder and we are going to have grilled cheese sandwiches too. This is always a favorite cool weather dinner (soup and grilled cheese).

Friday

Pizza Night! I think I need to introduce our kids to Papa John’s and their bread sticks with the garlic dipping sauce…YES!

Saturday

Date Night! Brandon and I are squeezing in a date night and will be eating out this night.

Dessert

The kids and I are going to be mixing up our Monster Mix which is a great dessert and snack. I will share the recipe soon! It is YUMMY!

What is on your meal plan for the week?
