Happy Sunday! I hoe you are ready for the new week ahead. This week I have planned two easy to prepare meals for football practice nights so I can go and enjoy and dinner will be waiting on us when we get home.
Sunday…Aunt Flossie’s Casserole…better known as Tator Tot or Green Bean Casserole.
Monday…Pawhuska Cheesesteaks. I love the recipe from the Pioneer Woman’s Dinnertime cookbook more than from her blog for this recipe. This recipe uses the queso blanco Velveeta which makes these sandwiches…the one on her blog uses regular Velveeta (still good, just not AS good!).
Tuesday…Baked potato bar. We LOVE steamed broccoli on our baked potatoes. It is so yummy. If you want to add a little veggies to your potato you should try it.
Wednesday…Baked Ziti and garlic bread with a big side salad.
Thursday…French Dip sandwiches. I like using my crockpot to cook a big roast for the meat, with a can of beef broth, some banana peppers, and a little french onion soup packet. Yummy.
Saturday…Homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.
I hope you have a great week ahead. What is on your menu?
