Happy Sunday! I hope you are having a great weekend. I love a long weekend because it makes it a little easier for me to prep my meals in advance. We have a fun week ahead and we will be enjoying some yummy food at home. We are trying to hang on to the tastes of summer for as long as possible, but craving some of our favorite fall and winter foods. Here is our meal plan for the week.
I am really excited to try this meal. I love making a nice Sunday Supper and this is going to be perfect.
Pioneer Woman’s Chicken Spaghetti is always a hit. I am excited to make this, but I also need some of the ingredients for other nights this week, so I plan on prepping a couple of meals while making this one as well (onions/peppers/cheese).
Grilled Chicken and Veggie Sandwiches are perfect this time of year, quick, easy, hearty, and healthy.
Chef salads with all the toppings. My kids love build your own salad nights. Chef salads are easy and yummy because you literally top it with everything. Plus, the extra hard boiled eggs make a great snack throughout the week.
Creamy Garlic, Pasta, Chicken, and Vegetables. This is an easy weeknight dinner. It is a one pot meal and is so yummy and filling that I do not serve it with a side. Plus, there are so many veggies loaded into this dish. I will have to share the recipe sometime.
BBQ Burgers from the football game! Our principals and other coaches all help BBQ hot dogs and hamburgers at the football games so it is fun to get a burger from them.
