It has been awhile since I last shared our meal plans. I like to refer to the month of May as “May-hem” and that is exactly what we have been dealing with…late nights at work, spring planting for the farmer, sports for the kids, and just all the different things going on this month. This week we are slowing it down and I have time to cook meals instead of assemble or just throw together something quick.
Sunday: Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders
Monday: My favorite burger
Tuesday: California Club Wraps with a side salad.
Wednesday: Grilled chicken and veggie sandwiches with homemade jo-jo’s
Thursday: Chicken Taco salads
Friday: Pizza night! Tonight we are going to grill CPKs BBQ Chicken Pizza. This is a fan favorite summer pizza around this joint!
Saturday: Talk about a busy day, Brandon’s mom and grandpa are coming in to town to watch Guy at baseball and then we have graduation and a couple of graduation parties to go to. This is a day that will be up in the air. I imagine we might pick something pre-made up from a store.
