This is such a yummy, quick and healthy dinner.
You will need…
4 cooked and cubed chicken breasts (I boiled mine)
3 cups marinara
2 cups of shredded mozzerella
1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
Preheat your oven to 350. And boil your chicken breasts.
While your chicken is boiling, spray a muffin tin with PAM and assemble the wonton wrappers.
To assemble the wonton wrappers I put them “criss-cross” and press them into the muffin tin.
Dice the chicken.
In a bowl add the chicken, the marinara sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella and mix until combined.
Next spoon the mixture into the wonton cups.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with a nice green salad on the side. My kids love this meal. It is yummy, healthy, and easy. A perfect meal for a busy week night.
