Slow Cooker Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Easy, simple, and delicious!


You will need:


1 package of Southern Hash Browns (do not use the grated hash browns)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
3 cups of chicken broth or stock
1 cup of thinly chopped onion
8 oz softened cream cheese

Begin by chopping the onion.


Add all ingredients to the slow cooker EXCEPT the cream cheese.


Set your slow cooker to low and cook all day.


Once the soup has cooked all day, 30 minutes before serving add dollops of the cream cheese and stir slowly into the soup.


To serve the soup, top with your favorite toppings. We like using bacon, green onions, and cheese.


The perfect meal for a cold work night.
