Meal Planning Sunday

Meal Planning Sunday {Week 4}

I hope you have had a wonderful weekend full of family and food. We have been eating left overs since Thursday’s big feast. I am ready for some new food. I do love Thanksgiving and turkey but let’s face it, you can only eat so much turkey before you are ready to move on. Here is a glimpse of our dinner plans for this coming week.

Sunday: Ham and Bean soup with a side salad

Monday: Left over soup with crusty rolls

Tuesday:  Homemade Sloppy Joes, homemade french fries and a side salad

Wednesday: Skillet Lasagna and homemade garlic knots with a side salad. This is one of my favorite meals to make during the week because it uses one skillet. I will share the recipe soon. It is a true crowd pleaser during the school year.

Thursday: Baked chicken tacos with homemade guacamole.

Friday: Pizza Night (I LOVE using the Pioneer Woman’s recipe, you can find it here.

Saturday: Christmas party. We are having a get-together at my aunt’s house so we will be eating snacks there.

Lunches this week will be easy and consist of a lot of left overs. Breakfasts will consist of cereal or toast with some fruit. I bought a bag of cuties on Saturday and they are so sweet.

Thanks for stopping by,

    1. We are having prime rib this year on Christmas Eve so I might have to make one more turkey this winter but then I am done 🙂 Have a great Monday!
