Meal Planning Sunday #2

Happy Sunday. Here is this weeks meal plans in my house.

Breakfasts: English muffins, cereal, or a bagel

Lunch: Salad or left overs

Sunday: Grilled sausages with sauteed onions and hot mustard. Homemade fries. I cut potatoes into wedges, drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle on Johny’s (seasoning salt). I bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

Monday: Submarine Sandwich- I buy a fresh loaf of french bread from WalMart for $1.00 and then top it with all of our favorite sandwich toppings and slice it up. This works great for leftovers for lunches. We are going to have a huge side salad to go along with this.

Tuesday: Breakfast-I am going to make some breakfast sandwiches (eggs, bacon, cheese, or ham on an english muffin) and a fruit salad (oranges, strawberries, raspberries, and melons).

Wednesday: Grilled chicken salads and Birthday cake! We have two birthday’s to celebrate this day! 🙂

Thursday: Chicken Stir Fry

Friday: Grilled cheese sandwiches and homemade creamy tomato basil soup. You can find it at Emily’s blog from Simply a Rough Draft.

Saturday: Guy’s Birthday Party. We are going to have appetizers and snacks at our house that afternoon.

What is on your menu this week? I love getting meal inspirations. This is a busy week so this mama needed QUICK!

    1. I have been dying to make it and we are supposed to have temps in the 40’s so I thought it would be perfect grilled cheese and soup weather! 🙂 Looking forward to it!
